Job Description:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Server. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is exceptional from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
• Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy and presentation meet our standards.
• Provide recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
• Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Handle guest concerns and complaints professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiment stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding food handling, safety, and sanitation.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $6.10 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
